At Sam Thacker Studios, I am always on improving the speed and efficiency of both the services I offer and how I offer them. After listening to client feedback, I am excited to introduce a quicker and more streamlined way to manage your services with me!

Starting July 24th 2019, all project management -- including proposals, contracts, and invoices -- will be processed through Bonsai, a nationally recognized management system. My current customer portal, Blackbox, will remain accessible as a legacy system for historical purposes only.

What does this mean for you?

Instead of having to register, log and navigate the system to access your data, all accessibility will be provided via email notifications from Bonsai.

What do you have to do?

Nothing! When new items come up that require your action, the system will email you and you can follow the link provided from there.

What if I have currently outstanding invoices?

For currently outstanding invoices dated before July 24th, 2019 that have not yet been paid, please use Blackbox to complete your transaction. Future invoices generated after July 24th will be sent through Bonsai automatically.

Does Bonsai apply to STCloud services?

Just as it was with Blackbox, Bonsai does not manage or deal with STCloud managed hosting subscriptions or services. To access your STCloud account, please go to https://cloud.samuelthacker.me.
